The Samsonite suitcase is wooden with leather exterior, the wood has been cleaned and sealed. Blue crystal door pulls are attached as elegant legs. The inside of the bed is lined with waterproof fabric and then a removable lining of bluebird themed fleece is applied, making the bed able to be cleaned if necessary. The mattress is 2 inch foam with a matching, bluebird fleece hand sewn cover. A bracket on the back keeps the lid safely opened, but can be removed to close the lid and travel to another location. The bed measures approximately 14 inches X 12 inches with a 3 inch depth (without the cushion)
